These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the haibazi platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, account management, payment processing, and customer support services. By registering an account or using any part of haibazi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

18+ Age Requirement
haibazi is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Age verification is mandatory at registration and before processing any withdrawal. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and funds returned.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one active haibazi account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
Fair Play & RNG
All casino games on haibazi use certified Random Number Generators from our verified provider partners. Outcomes are random and fair. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes will result in immediate account termination.
Transactions in ৳ BDT
All haibazi account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is applied to transactions made via supported local payment methods.
Bonus Terms Apply
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements and expiry conditions. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered according to the applicable terms before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
Account Security
Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. haibazi will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account caused by a player's failure to keep login details secure.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and haibazi. By creating an account or placing any bet or wager on haibazi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the haibazi platform.
1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between haibazi ("haibazi", "we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "User") who accesses, registers with, or uses the haibazi website, mobile site, or associated applications. These Terms apply to all activities conducted on the haibazi platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, casino gameplay, sports betting, and use of any promotional offer.
By accessing the haibazi platform in any capacity, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years of age;
- Are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes;
- Are not prohibited by any applicable law, rule, or regulation from participating in online gambling or sports betting activities;
- Have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them;
- Understand that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit.
haibazi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the haibazi platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current Terms.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute arising from a translation or interpretation, the English version of these Terms shall prevail in all circumstances.
2 Eligibility & Age Restriction
Use of the haibazi platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older ("18+ only"). haibazi does not permit minors to register accounts, access game content, place bets, or participate in any promotional activity. This policy is applied without exception.
By registering a haibazi account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete. haibazi reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority in Bangladesh.
In addition to the age requirement, you must meet the following eligibility criteria to use haibazi:
- You are a resident of or are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling and sports betting are not expressly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally;
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party;
- You have not previously been self-excluded or banned from the haibazi platform;
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of haibazi or any of its affiliated game providers.
If haibazi discovers at any point that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out above, haibazi reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the account, void any bets placed, and withhold any associated winnings pending investigation. Any deposited funds that remain unconsumed may be returned to the player through the original payment method at haibazi's sole discretion.
3 Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of services on haibazi — including deposits, withdrawals, casino gameplay, and sports betting — you must register a personal account via the haibazi Login page. Registration is free of charge.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile phone number. You may not use a pseudonym, alias, or false identity for any part of the registration process.
Each individual may hold only one (1) active haibazi account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or through different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, haibazi reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals held within them.
haibazi operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with reasonable due diligence standards. As part of this process, haibazi may request the following documents before processing a withdrawal:
- Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or government-issued photo ID;
- Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence showing your full name and residential address in Bangladesh, dated within 90 days;
- Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits belongs to you personally.
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension. haibazi is not liable for any delays to withdrawals that result directly from incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation submitted by the player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your haibazi account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify haibazi support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. haibazi will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the haibazi platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). haibazi does not apply currency conversion charges to transactions made via supported local payment methods. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own payment service provider.
haibazi currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of the haibazi platform at the time of each transaction.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the haibazi account balance instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to reflect in the player's account. haibazi is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or mobile financial service provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business days of submission, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. haibazi reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the haibazi account. haibazi does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods belonging to another individual under any circumstances.
Any funds deposited into a haibazi account that are found to be the proceeds of fraud, theft, or other unlawful activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account will be closed immediately. haibazi cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies upon receipt of a valid legal request.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
haibazi offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to that individual promotion, which will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms set out on this page and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.
The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on haibazi unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:
- Bonuses are credited in ৳ BDT and cannot be directly withdrawn. They must first be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal;
- The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise;
- Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation;
- Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as a recurring or reload offer;
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash directly;
- haibazi reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, at its sole and absolute discretion;
- Any player found to be exploiting bonuses, engaging in bonus abuse, or using strategies designed to convert bonus funds without genuine gameplay risk will have their bonus balance voided and may have their account suspended.
Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome, wagering exclusively on games with low contribution rates to meet wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to abuse a promotion. haibazi's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.
6 Responsible Gaming Policy
haibazi is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all of its players. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a means of addressing financial difficulty. We strongly encourage all players to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose and to set personal limits that reflect their individual financial circumstances.
haibazi provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible free of charge from within the account settings section following haibazi Login:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. These limits take effect immediately upon setting and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period of at least 24 hours for daily limits and 7 days for weekly or monthly limits;
- Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that trigger after a defined period of continuous gameplay, prompting a review of time and spend;
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate self-exclusion for a period of their choosing — ranging from a short-term cool-down of 24 hours to a permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, the account is fully suspended and no promotional communications will be sent;
- Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing the player's net session result and time spent are available and may be activated from the account settings.

haibazi reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on an account at its own initiative if it identifies patterns of play that suggest a player may be experiencing difficulty. This may include unsolicited imposition of deposit limits or a request to the player to confirm their continued consent to use the platform.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the haibazi platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of any balances, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities where applicable.
- Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity;
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age;
- Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your haibazi account;
- Engaging in money laundering or using haibazi to process the proceeds of any criminal activity;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players;
- Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games on your behalf;
- Colluding with other players in live dealer games or poker variants to gain an unfair advantage;
- Engaging in bonus abuse or any conduct designed to circumvent the wagering requirements attached to any promotion;
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing haibazi staff or other players through any channel, including live chat, email, or social media;
- Attempting to access the haibazi platform or its back-end systems through any means other than the official website or approved mobile application;
- Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing another person to use your haibazi account.
haibazi monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. The methods and criteria used to detect prohibited conduct are proprietary and will not be disclosed. haibazi's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final, subject to any applicable dispute resolution process described in these Terms.
8 Account Closure & Suspension
Players who wish to close their haibazi account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat or by email at support@haibazi. Upon receipt of a closure request, haibazi will process the closure within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player through their last used payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete.
haibazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- haibazi has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity involving the account;
- The player has provided false or inaccurate information during registration or KYC;
- The player is found to be under 18 years of age;
- The player has opened duplicate accounts in violation of the one-account-per-player rule;
- Regulatory or legal obligations require haibazi to restrict or close the account;
- The player's account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
In the event of account suspension pending investigation, the player will be notified by email. haibazi aims to complete all account investigations within 30 days of the suspension date. Where an investigation concludes that no breach of Terms has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds will be released. Where a breach is confirmed, haibazi reserves the right to permanently close the account and withhold any bonus-derived balances in accordance with these Terms.
For accounts closed due to inactivity, haibazi will make reasonable efforts to contact the player at their registered email address at least 30 days prior to closure. Any real-money balance in an inactive account will be retained for a period of 12 months following closure, during which the player may contact support to reclaim those funds upon successful identity verification. After 12 months, unclaimed balances from inactive accounts may be forfeited.
